18 months has some getting use to. As you can tell, one second we are happy... the next we are sad! Drama Queens everywhere... LOOK OUT! There's a new girl in town! Hallie is really fun when she wants to be and VERY difficult when she wants to be! If something isn't right in her mind, you will know about it!
